How long does it take to receive a reply?

 What is if I can not find a Kit for my Car?

Please check out our Database and use the Year Make Model Search as well as the Intelligent Search to find your Model.

If your vehicle is not listed, simply reach out to us. You may have missed it or it may not be released yet. Sometimes we already have the patterns but they are not yet published in the shop.

If we truly don’t have your vehicle yet, we can source the car, scan it in 3D and create precise Pre-Cut patterns, which are then added to our Store.

Having trouble during installation?

Please contact us immediately via Live Chat and send us photos of the situation so we can assess it quickly. Our team will guide you through the installation and help solve the issue before the Film gets damaged or removed.

If a Film appears too small or does not to fit, this is almost always related to installation conditions or technique.

Paint Protection Film must be installed with proper heat and stretching. If the Film is applied without sufficient heat or tension, it may appear too small even though the pattern itself is correct.

Common causes include:

  • Installation temperature is too cold
  • Not enough stretching during installation
  • Incorrect installation technique
  • The wrong kit or variant was ordered for the vehicle

All of our patterns are created from 3D laser scans of real vehicles using the latest high-end, metrology-grade scanners. This allows us to design extremely precise cutting patterns that match the vehicle parts accurately.

Because of this process, we can guarantee that the Films will fit the intended vehicle parts when the correct model and variant have been ordered and the Film is installed using the proper technique.

If you are unsure about the installation process, please watch our YouTube installation videos before attempting installation. They demonstrate the correct stretching, positioning, and installation techniques.

If the product arrived damaged or appears to have a production issue (for example a miscut), please take clear photos or videos before attempting installation and contact us immediately so we can review the case.

Please note that fitment complaints caused by incorrect installation technique, installation conditions, or ordering the wrong variant cannot be accepted for refunds or replacements.
